Hello Cyclone Nation, Please join us this Friday, August 23rd at the Junior/Senior High School to meet your child's teachers from 4:00-5:00 and then stick around to meet the fall sports teams from 5:00-7:00. Also the Junior After Prom committee will be serving a pork chop sandwich with chips and a drink for $5 from 4:00-6:00. Come out and see all the great things going on in Cyclone Nation in the classrooms and on the courts and fields.

2024-25 ATHLETIC PASSES - FREE ADMISSION to all West Prairie Students 7th - 12th grades. Pre-K - 6th grades FREE ADMISSION with a paid adult.

Good afternoon Cyclone Nation, West Prairie is excited to be able to provide free breakfast and lunch to all students this school year. However, due to ISBE regulations we have to charge for anything extra. Those items would include: • An extra milk ($0.30) • A milk if you brought your lunch from home ($0.30) • Bottled water ($0.60) o we do have a water cooler in each cafeteria if you do not want to purchase a bottle • An extra entrée—Jr/Sr High Only ($1.00) • Flavored waters—Jr/Sr High Only ($2.00) • Other a la carte items—Jr/Sr High Only ($1.00) If you would like your child to have the option of purchasing these items, please add money to their lunch account as we will not be allowing a negative balance this year. There will be team building activities, building tour, time to work on using lockers and learning combination, study skills/ academic planning, and free pizza lunch. West Prairie will provide bus transportation for students coming from the north with pick up times as follows: Blandinsville Park @ 8:15 am North Elementary @ 8:35 am Drop off after Cyclone Camp North Elementary @ 11:50 Blandinsville Park @ 12:00.
