This would make a great TEAM sock for any SPORT as well!

Homework Help Guidelines
A list of students who have one or more missing assignments will be created before school each morning.  Mrs. Hepner and study hall teachers will contact students who have missing work. If you are on the list, you may complete the work and turn it into either Mrs. Hepner or the teacher that assigned the work. The teacher will give you a green slip to turn into Mrs. Hepner.  The green slip should include the following information: your name, the assignment or assignments completed, and the teacher’s signature. If you get it done in the study hall, take your assignment or green slip to Mrs. Hepner before you lose it!!!!  If you turn in the missing assignment before the 4th period on A Days and 8th period on B Days, your name will be removed from the list.
During 4th/8th period, teachers will remind students who are on the list for Homework Help that they are required to stay from 1:00-1:20 pm to complete work.

A different teacher will be supervising Homework Help each week. If you are required to stay, you will go to that teacher’s classroom. Once you finish your work and leave it with that teacher, you are free to go. If you need help from a specific teacher, we will see that you have time to work with that person.

Students will be dismissed at 1:20 pm. If you did not complete all of your missing work, you will stay on the list and must attend the next day after school.

If you are assigned to Homework Help and choose not to attend, there will be consequences.

First Offense: Mrs. Hepner or Mr. Cox will help you call your parents and explain to them that you have been assigned to Homework Help and need to stay until 1:20 to complete missing assignments to help you bring your grade up.
Second Offense:  Lunch Detention; Parent/Guardian Contact
Third Offense:  After School Detention; Parent/Guardian Contact
Fourth & Successive Offenses:  In-School Suspension or Saturday School; Parent/Guardian Contact
The goal of Homework Help is to help you develop the ability to meet deadlines as well as to improve your grades by submitting work that would otherwise receive a zero. Leaving school at 1:00 is a privilege given to students who are meeting academic and behavioral expectations. No excuses will be accepted for missing Homework Help. If you don’t want to attend, turn in your assignments when they are due - Deadlines Matter!

You DO NOT have to be assigned to Homework Help to stay for help. Our teachers are available from 1:30-3:30 pm, either remotely and/or in-person.
