Eternity Time Log: Is a personal time sheet and stopwatch app that records how you spend your
time -- helps you to recognize and minimize distractions.

30/30: If you have difficulty completing long term tasks, and/or taking a short break from a task and
returning to the task, this is the app for you!

InClass: online planner/ prioritization tool

myHomework: another online planner/ prioritization tool that is web-based as well as an app.
Students can synch their planner to their teacher's classroom planner and parents can access their
student's myHomework app.

Unstuck: available online and as an app. This is an EXCELLENT tool to help students work through
a situation and begin a task.

Favorite Apps for Stress Reduction/ Relaxation:
Breathe2Relax: Stress management tool that guides you through breathing exercises, with a focus
on deep, diaphragmatic breathing.

Calm in the Storm: Stress Management and Relaxation: This app features tools to help manage
stress, guided meditations, the ability to track perceived stress levels and symptoms over time, and can
be customized with stress reduction tools and photos of your choice.

Stop, Breathe & think: Meditation tailored to your emotions: This is a mindfulness and meditation
app that is fun and easy to use!You can customize meditations to your current mood. This app also has
the ability to track your emotions before and after meditation as well as tracks meditations over time.

College Search Guide: Handbook for US Colleges

CollegeGo 1.3: CollegeGo guides you through the essential steps to take in order to find, apply
to and attend the right college for you.

Make Me a Freshman: This is an excellent organizational tool! Simply select the colleges you plan
to apply, and the tool generates a checklist to ensure you complete all the steps!

Social Emotional Resources:

The Suicide Prevention Resource Center
Promotes a public health approach to suicide prevention. The site includes research, facts
and figures, materials and information on best practices in suicide prevention.

Stop Alcohol Abuse: Underage Drinking Prevention
Despite the prevalence of underage drinking, and the potential consequences, research shows that
parents generally underestimate the extent to which their teen children use alcohol and even consider
it inevitable. This website is part of a campaign launched by SAMHSA which seeks to raise awareness
and encourages parents to talk to their children early and often about the dangers of underage drinking.
It also teaches the consequences of underage drinking.

This is a very resourceful website with online pamphlets on the dangers of alcohol and other specific
drugs. They have a free iPad app.

Pacer's National Bullying Prevention Center TEENS Against Bullying: Created by and for
teens, this website is a place for middle and high school students to find ways to address bullying, to
take action, to be heard, and to own an important social cause.

CampusCalm GREAT Resource for Dual-Credit students and Seniors! (Geared towards women)
An award-winning website for stressed-out students, concerned parents and educators to help
students relieve stress and worry. Free resources, articles, tips and more.

Homework Help:

BigFuture by the College Board: This website contains time management tips and homework
completion strategies.

Khan Academy:
 This site includes videos that provide explanations for solving a variety of math

Math Forum: This site provides assistance in all levels of Mathematics.

PurpleMath: A website for Algebra assistance.

Owl at Purdue Online Writing Lab: Provides guidelines on writing, research and citation,
job applications, cover letters, and resumes.
